This hotel is located in an excellent area, just a short walk from the main beach promenade. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the very friendly cleaning lady. They provide excellent room service and are always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a sauna, massage services, and a fitness center, which were all wonderful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection and the restaurant/bar area was a relaxing place to unwind. The Wi-Fi was also reliable and accessible throughout the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch.

Food, layout and size, facilities in room general decor throughout, helpful staff, wine with meal
Yes-given that I had asked for a quiet room I was not happy to be sleeping one floor above street level,so that I could hear all the sounds from the street.

The location was perfect for me, it was close to the beachfront and a short walk from many attractions. I also appreciated the fact that it was near the bus stop to the airport, made my trip back home much easier. The hotel facilities were very good - the room was big and clean, and the balcony was a lovely addition. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options.
Nothing bad to say.

We have stayed 2 days at the hotel. I liked the hospiality and closeness of the staff during our stay. We have a 9 months old baby so we had desired a crib for him while registration. The crib was ready when we arrived to the room that was also nice. Furthermore, unfortunatelly our baby got ill at the first night. However, staff at the reservation desk asked pharmacy on duty at that night by a phone call. He described the directions so we could buy drags for the baby. Besides, the hotel is clean and the rooms are confortable. Furthermore, there is a dolby digital cinema among the facilities of the hotel which you can use free of charge.
The televisions are very old. The hotel must renew them, imadiately. I dont advise to book a back view room.

The room was excellent - very big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The hotel is well placed both for the sea front and a very stylish shopping area. I was very happy with the price I paid.
Beware the shoe shine man. Wanting to sympathis with him when he seemed to have little or no business, I gave him one pair of shoes and a pair of boots. When I asked him how much it would be, he didn't answer, but when the time came to pay, it was almost ten euros.

Great location near popular hotels and restaurants, and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle service to/from the airport was complimentary and reliable.
The breakfast options were limited. The street noise could be heard in the room, which made it slightly difficult to sleep.

Incredible value for the money. Hotel staff friendly and helpful (excellent advice re need to have taxi driver wait for us at Velvet Castle...). Room spacious and clean with great balcony view and fruit bowl! Quiet at night yet in center of shopping, restaurants, sidewalk eatieres. Approx 2 blocks from Aegean and w/i walking distance of ancient agora. We loved this hotel.

Hotel exceeded expwctations, very good location near the sea and close to metro station, specious room
Break fast options is little limited, in relatively cold weather the central AC is providing only air without cooling without having the option to control it

The location is a great choice, with a variety of restaurants surrounding the area that serve different types of food. the hotel is also conveniently situated close to the waterfront promenade, allowing for easy access to enjoy the sea view.
The air conditioning in the room could use some improvement, as it struggled to keep the temperature cool during the hot weather.
